Preparación de la receta

Peel and chop the onion and garlic and chop the chicken breast. Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan with EVOO until golden brown, then remove and set aside.

In the same pan, cook the chicken previously seasoned with salt and pepper until done. Once done, add the onion and garlic back to the pan along with the crushed tomato, coconut milk, curry and correct the salt if necessary. At the same time boil the rice as indicated on the package.

Serve with the rice.
