Baked chicken with sweet potato

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (up and down). Marinate the chicken to taste (the longer the resting time). Cut the sweet potato into wedges or slices, put it in a tray with a little oil, salt and pepper.

Meanwhile we cut the rest of the vegetables (in my case the leftovers I had in the fridge) and put them in a baking tray and spice them with Aove, salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes

Lower the oven temperature to 180°C, remove the vegetable tray, place the chicken on top and add a little water or vegetable stock and lemon juice.

Let it cook for about 30 minutes! Check the chicken every 10 minutes

Finally, add the sweet potato and cook for 5-10 minutes with the grill function of the oven to finish roasting everything well!
