Assemble the plate with the help of a heart-shaped pastry cutter of suitable size. Place half of the potato dough on the base and place the avocado on top. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover with the chicken, mayonnaise and onion mixture, pressing lightly with a fork. Finish with the last part of the potato dough and serve.
