For the pancakes: beat the egg and add the flour until it makes a paste (to taste) and then the cinnamon to taste. You can add some sweetener but I didn't have it on hand.

For the quick Nocilla: FIRST pour the desired amount of cocoa in a small bowl. Then, little by little add the milk until the consistency is as thick as the Nocilla itself. It takes a little while (1 min approx) because as you know, there is no god to mix the cocoa with the milk hahahaha patience!
