Put the 400g of red beans in a bowl with the juice of half a lemon, half a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of sweet paprika, half a teaspoon of garlic powder and a tablespoon of EVOO.

You can also add tahini if you want, I didn't use it and it is still good.

Blend everything and add a spoonful of water if you want to obtain a more liquid texture (to taste).

Serve in a bowl with a little sweet paprika and EVOO on top for garnish, and chopped carrots for garnish (or other vegetables or whole wheat bread).
