Cut the bell pepper into strips and the broccoli into small pieces.

Add the oil in a wok pan and place over medium/high heat the vegetables. After one minute lower the heat to medium.

While the vegetables are cooking, cut the veal into strips.

Now add the soy sauce and the meat. We turn it until the meat is done.

Finally, add the chopped chives, give it an extra turn and it is ready to serve.
