Put the ingredients in a mixing bowl and let stand for 8 hours (add some essence if you want to enhance the flavor).

Whisk the mixture well and add a little more rice drink until you have a texture that allows you to make a thin crepe.

Put it in the pan (non-stick) spread it well to make it thin and fry it on both sides.

Fill it with something healthy like 85% chocolate, put some cinnamon powder or a good homemade jam without sugar 😉.
