Cook the chickpeas for 1h (previously soaked for at least 8h).

Mash the chickpeas, cumin, juice of half a lemon, salt, tahini and add a drizzle of olive oil. It should be a homogeneous mixture. If it is too dry it is possible to add little by little spoonfuls of the water where we have cooked the chickpeas.

Serve and sprinkle with paprika and a dash of olive oil.
