Noodles with cuttlefish and squid

First of all we take a pot and cover it with oil. Add the chopped onion. When it is soft we add a pinch of salt and then we add the cuttlefish and the squid in pieces (dices or rings).

Once it is golden brown, add the can of crushed tomato and leave it for 5 minutes. Add the noodles and stir well so that everything is impregnated. Once everything is mixed, add the carton of fish stock and put it over medium heat.

We are moving so that the noodles do not stick and we throw a little parsley in spices. Finally when we see that the noodles have absorbed the broth it is time to turn off the heat. I leave it about 5-10 minutes to rest and take the flavors and absorb more broth. And it would be ready to be served.
