Grate the tofu, I prefer to use smoked tofu. Use the medium holes of the grater, season with plenty of sweet paprika, a touch of spice and a dash of oil. Leave to marinate while preparing the other ingredients.

Cut the base of the buds. Remove the first leaves and throw them away, open the leaves, wash them and leave them to drain.

For the hot sauce. Sauté a garlic with its skin in a frying pan for a few minutes. Peel and cut off any burnt parts. Put in a blender glass 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of half a lime or lemon, plenty of chilli, the cooked garlic clove, salt and a spoon of tahini (I make it homemade, the recipe is in my profile). Blend everything. The sauce will not be omogeneous but it is delicious!

Cut the pineapple into thin slices, add a spoonful of olive oil and mix, sauté for a few minutes in the pan until it turns golden brown.

Avocado sauce, cut a ripe avocado, mash it by hand and add a teaspoon of olive oil, a dash of lime juice to prevent it from turning black and a little salt.

And here's everyone's richest trick!!!!!! Cook the tofu in the Air fryer for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees, keep stirring so it doesn't burn, eat it while it is still hot and crispy. It will have the same texture or even richer than the carne al pastor!!!

Finely chop an onion, wash the cilantro and cut the limes.

Form your taco by putting the avocado sauce first (so that the other elements stick together!). They are incredibly good!!!!!!
