Cut the watermelon, tomatoes (remove seeds), a quarter of a red bell pepper, half a cucumber (peeled) and two cloves of garlic.

*To avoid repeating the gazpacho, remove the center part of the garlic and the cucumber seeds.

Add everything to a bowl and whisk it together with the EVOO, wine vinegar and salt. Taste and correct.

We strain it all, and put it in the refrigerator.
