Russian salad recipe

Boil a saucepan of eggs and a pot of peeled and diced potatoes until soft.

Put in the bowl the cans of tuna, the green olives (stuffed with anchovies) cut in thin slices, the can of canned peppers in slices as well.

Peel the eggs and add them to the bowl cut into squares (yolk included) and mash the potatoes with a fork and when they cool a little add them.

Cut the chives very finely with scissors and mix everything with mayonnaise. Leave it all in the refrigerator to cool.
