The process for this recipe is as simple as you can imagine.....

First, preheat the oven to 180-200 °C.

In a mixing glass add all the ingredients (the banana in pieces to facilitate the mashing) and mash until you have the mass of the flan.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan. And this mold, place it in a larger pan. In this second pan, add water (without letting it fall into the flan mold) so that the flan can be made in a bain-marie.

Put the pan (with the mold inside) in the oven for approx. 20 minutes. It will be done when a toothpick comes out dry when inserted.

I recommend spreading some syrup or caramel on the bottom of the flan mold to make unmolding the flan (when it is cold) much easier.
