INGREDIENTS (for 2 persons): - 250g chickpea paste (or any other legume / wholemeal). - 1 onion - 100g feta cheese - cherry tomatoes to taste - For the sauce (two tablespoons of tahini, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of cooking water, salt and pepper)

Chop the onion and fry until golden brown.

Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the times indicated by the manufacturer.

Grind all the ingredients of the sauce.

Drain the pasta and add it together with the sauce and some cherry tomatoes to the pan with the onion.

Pour a little more cooking water and cook over high heat for a couple of minutes.

Serve with a few cubes of feta cheese.
