Simmer the onion, garlic and green bell pepper over low heat.

Clean the scampi and optionally cut them into rings.

Once the vegetables are ready, add the white wine (in my case I didn't have any and I added a splash of beer) and let it evaporate.

Add the squid and give it a touch of high heat for 1 minute. Then we leave it over low heat.

Enjoy! They will be soft and very tasty.... I have accompanied them with boiled potato but it could be with rice or alone!
