Drain the chickpeas and keep the water from the jar. We will keep the chickpeas for another recipe.

Melt the 3 ounces of 85% or 90% chocolate in the microwave.

Whip the chickpea water until stiff and set aside.

Once the ounces are melted, we crush a date (if we have date paste, it would be to put a spoonful) with a little water so that the date is crumbled, like a paste.

Once we have the date paste, we add it to the melted ounces and stir to mix.

Add the mixture to the chickpea water and mix with encircling movements.

Divide into different jars (I used glasses) and let it cool in the refrigerator. At least 2 hours.

Before eating, we can add some topping. I have put two raspberries and some grated dehydrated coconut.
