Tuna pizza with chickpea dough

Mix in a food processor or in a bowl: the chickpea flour, water, salt, Provencal herbs and sesame. Preheat the oven up and down to 200°C.

Once it is well integrated (it is not like a dough, it is like a paste), spread it with a spoon on the baking paper previously brushed with AOVE. Above all, spread it well if you want it to be very thin!

Place the dough in the oven at the same temperature in half with heat up and down only the dough for 5 min.
