Spiced pumpkin with chicken and peas

Peel and chop the pumpkin. Place on a tray with baking paper and add a tablespoon of EVOO with the spices you like. I used Just Spices sweet potato seasoning. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

In a frying pan with a tablespoon of EVOO, put the garlic cut into small pieces and brown. Add the peas and the Mercadona spiced chicken strips. Sauté a little and add the pumpkin.

Turn everything a couple of times in the pan and serve.
