Rice curry without coconut milk

Add a splash of EVOO in a frying pan and when it is hot add the onion and garlic.

When the onion and garlic are poached, add the two chicken fillets cut into cubes.

Add two tablespoons of water, the cup of skimmed milk and the ground oatmeal to thicken it together with the chicken, onion and garlic. Add the tablespoon of natural crushed tomato.

Add the spices (I added them by eye but approximately 3 teaspoons of curry, one teaspoon of turmeric and half teaspoon of pepper, add a touch of cumin optionally). Add a pinch of salt.

Let it thicken and in the meantime cook half a cup of rice with half a cup of water and a pinch of salt.

Set aside the rice and curry and serve together or separately on a plate, enjoy!
