Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with fan and top and bottom.

Place the rabbit on the previously oiled baking tray and around it the vegetables cut into small pieces.

Mix the oil and spices in a bowl. With a kitchen brush paint the rabbit with this mixture.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Remove, turn the rabbit over, brush with the mixture and place in the oven for 15 minutes more.
