Beat the egg whites with a whisk until stiff peaks form. (When the mold is overturned, they do not move from their place).

Add the spices to the mixture and the sifted oatmeal. Mix with a silicone or wooden spatula with enveloping movements until integrated.

Transfer the mixture to a mold that is deeper than it is wide and shape the top flat with a spatula.

Microwave at medium power for approximately 4 minutes. I didn't grease it and I took it out of the mold easily but just in case it can be done.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting. I got 4 portions of approximately 35 grams on average each portion.
