In a wok I put 1/2 diced red and yellow green bell pepper, a handful of garlic and a bag of large frozen peeled shrimp, I sauteed it all with sesame oil, when it was almost finished I put some mint leaves, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. I finished it and put it in a Tupperware to take it to go, you can also eat it on the spot 😊.
