Poach the onion and sauté together with the diced ham and the artichokes previously drained. Season with salt and pepper.

In another saucepan pour 150 ml of warm water with the tablespoons of flour until it thickens. Medium heat.

When it thickens, add the artichokes and mix.

Prepare the poached egg in a pot of boiling water. To do this, put the egg in plastic wrap and make a little bag, close it well so that the water does not enter. Just before the water starts to boil, introduce the bag with the egg and leave it for a few minutes until it is done (usually less than 5 minutes).
