Preheat the oven to 250°. Prepare all the ingredients.

If the piece of cod is large, cut it in half. Put some olive oil in a frying pan. When it is hot put the cod loins back and forth. The skin area first so that if it sticks it is the skin. Carefully turn it over (it is delicate).

When the 2 are ready, put them in a baking dish. Then pass the garlic through the frying pan with olive oil.

Pour over the cod the cayenne (previously crushed if whole), the parsley (preferably fresh) and the garlic.

Leave in the oven for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye on the oven.
