Pancakes with Nutella fit and blueberries.

We start with the Nutella fit. First, we crush the hazelnuts, then we add the dates, cocoa and milk (the latter you add a little by eye, depending on whether you like it more or less creamy). That's how easy it is to have your Nutella fit!

Now, let's get the pancakes. Pour the ground oats, egg whites (or egg), milk and cinnamon. Beat well and pour the mixture into a previously heated pan (medium heat) and greased (in my case, with a teaspoon of coconut oil).

When you see some bubbles start to appear, it is time to turn them over. Do the same with all the bubbles that come out.

To plate them, in my case I spread the Nutella fit and as a topping I put some frozen blueberries!
