To make the "chorizo" crumble the tofu and add the paprika, olive oil, soy sauce and oregano. Mix well and let it macerate in the refrigerator for 2 hours (the longer the better).

Cook the pasta and put in a separate frying pan the "chorizo" with a dash of oil and fry it.

Add the crushed tomato and stir until everything is mixed. Finally add the pasta to the pan.

We take it to a platter and can optionally add powdered or grated cheese.
