Preheat oven to 210º. Chop the cauliflower as much as possible and mix it with an egg and 20 g of whole wheat flour. Spice to taste (I have added onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper).

Spread the base on a baking sheet and leave it very thin, so it will be crispier. Bake in the oven for 15-20', until golden brown (but don't overdo it!).

Remove the base and add the toppings. Put it back in for another 5-10' depending on what you add! I can promise you that it will be crunchy and super tasty 🙊 enjoy!!!
