Brown whole and peeled garlic in olive oil.

Crumble and add the hake. Black olives. Tomato. Salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Leave over low heat.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. When there is one minute left, add 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water to the sauce. Drain the pasta and cook everything together for the last minute.

Serve with a handful of chopped fresh parsley.
