I have used a leftover roasted chicken thigh, if you don't have it, the first thing to do would be to cook the chicken thigh (cooked, roasted or as desired, crumble it and set it aside).

In a frying pan, add the crumbled chicken, mustard and mozzarella and heat until the cheese is melted, set aside.

Spread the bread slices with butter, form a mix with the ham and Havarti with two of them and the third one spread on both sides and fry everything in the pan.

Now the only thing left to do is to form the sandwich, inside the mix would be the cherrys, the lamb's lettuce and the mayonnaise, on top of the mix the chicken we had reserved and place the last slice and... Ready to eat😋
