CROQUETTE DOUGH WITH CHICKEN AND SPINACH BÉCHAMEL SAUCE😋

Preparación de la receta

1-chop an onion and put it in a frying pan to poach with a little EVOO.

2-While the onion is cooking, chop the chicken (in my case I used the meat from today's meal) / spinach or whatever you want to do it with.

3-Once you see that the onion is ready, add the chicken/spinach or whatever you want, stir it all together during 1-2 minutes.

And now we start with the béchamel sauce... We add flour to the whole mixture (I used whole oat flour, the one I had at home) and stir everything.

5-Once the flour has been integrated, add milk (I used semi-skimmed milk) so that it more or less covers everything and now add the spices you want. I have added salt, nutmeg and black pepper (all to taste).

6-Remove everything over medium-high heat without stopping, until you see that the dough has consistency and comes off the pan (if you see that it does not come off, add a little more flour).

7- And finally, we put it in a bowl or wherever you want to let it cool, then cover it with plastic wrap or a lid depending on where you put it and put it in the fridge for 1 to 3 hours. And then normal step, flour / breadcrumbs and egg and I'll bake them in the oven
