Dice the onion and bell pepper. Cut the carrot into slices. Grate the ginger and tomato. Chop the garlic.

Put a casserole with oil. Heat and add the onion, stir, add the bell pepper, stir, add the carrot, stir and fry for a few minutes. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Cut the seitan into pieces a little smaller than the potatoes (later with the cooking and the broth increases the size).

Add the potatoes, sauté and add the garlic, ginger, paprika, turmeric and salt. Stir to mix the flavors of the spices. Add the crushed tomato and stir a little more leaving a minute.

Add water until it covers the contents. Bring to a boil and then add the seitan. Mix everything together. Add the peas. Boil for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Let stand 5 minutes and serve. Accompanied by a salad of mixed lettuce.
