Microwave the sliced banana for 1 minute. Do the same with the apple, but 4 minutes. Add the dates, the vanilla essence and the EVOO or coconut oil. Beat all the ingredients together and set the mixture aside.

In a bowl add the oat flakes, nuts, cinnamon and pure cocoa. Stir the ingredients so that they are fully integrated.

We join the last mixture with the previous one and mix everything well again. When it is already integrated, we put this dough on baking paper and spread it all over the paper.

With the oven previously preheated, we put the dough in the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Then, stir everything together and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

When we take it out, we can also add some dehydrated fruits and let it cool. Then, we can pack it in a glass jar that will keep it for about 2 weeks 😊.
