In a casserole we put the peeled and diced potatoes to cook for about 20 minutes.

In another saucepan over low heat, add the milk, margarine, pepper and salt to taste.

When the potatoes are cooked, remove the water and mash the avocado with a fork. Later we will add it to the milk casserole.

With a stirring rod we mix it all together, add the sweet paprika and once it is mixed, we serve it. *We can grind it if we want it creamier and/or add soft cheese. *You can add roasted pumpkin seeds and a mint leaf as decoration.
