☑️125 gr butter (at room temperature) ☑️125 gr of flour (I used whole oat flour) ☑️125 gr of date paste (the original recipe says that you have to put the same amount of all the ingredients but I, who am not particularly sweet tooth, I put less amount of sweet. I recommend that you try it and leave it to your taste). ☑️125 gr of egg (2 large eggs).

Preheat the oven to 180º.

In the bowl of the food processor, add the butter (at room temperature) and the date paste, and beat at medium-low speed. If you do not have a food processor, you can do it by hand although it is a bit tiring because you have to beat quite a lot 😅. Wait until the mixture is white and foamy.

Add the eggs one by one while whisking and finally the sifted flour.

Put the mixture in a greased pan with butter and flour.

Bake for approx. 30 minutes (until golden brown and well done inside).

Tips: 👉🏼Desmolda cold. 👉🏼La original recipe does not include yeast but you can add a teaspoon if you want.
