Cut the vegetables, the peppers and onion into small squares, the garlic and finally the potato, which is best cut into fine pieces for faster cooking.

In a large frying pan, pour a dash of oil and add the onion and the potato. Put the lid on the pan so that it gets hot and cooks faster. After 5-10 minutes add the garlic and the bell pepper. Let them poach at medium temperature. I did it at 6 with the lid on.

Meanwhile we put the salmon on a plate and season it with salt, pepper, paprika and dill, all this to taste. And let it rest until it browns what we have in the pan.

When we have everything poached, with a little more cooking, we put the salmon in the pan where we have it all and we put the lid to heat it over high heat. If you like it well done, it is advisable to turn it over so that it is done on all sides, be careful to put it on the side of the paprika, you can burn the paprika and give it a bitter tone so it is preferable only on the sides and with the lid on. Note: do not add oil when you are going to cook the salmon, because the salmon itself will release it.
