📍PORRIDGE OF QUINOA: - Boil the quinoa with the vegetable/fresh drink. I love coconut drink and it looks great in porrige . Boil the quinoa with the vegetable drink, a teaspoon of your favorite ground coffee and cinnamon for 10-12 minutes over low heat. Stir from time to time so it doesn't stick.

- Transfer the porrige to a bowl and set aside. - Mash the roasted pumpkin with a little coconut drink, but not too much so that it becomes a "puree" and add to the porrige on top. - Garnish with the coconut, the ambrosia and 1/2 banana and enjoy !!!!!
