Make cookie dough by mixing oat flour, 1 egg and milk until the dough does not stick to your hands.

Shape the cookies into the size of the ice cream (2 cookies for each ice cream) and reheat the oven, then put the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°.

While the cookies are baking in the oven, crush 2 peaches, add 1 yogurt, and if you want a little milk or something to sweeten.

Place in a donut mold (you could also use a muffin tin or a small round cup or bowl) and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

We take out the ice cream and put it between 2 cookies.
