I put here some missing ingredients and the previous steps: ✳️ I was doing some research and found a recipe to make in Thermomix or similar that would be hard without sugar. You have to crush the fruit and let it oxidize at room temperature 3-4 hours. This makes it darker and more curdled. I customized it my way and here I put the ingredients that I used at home one of them: ✳️Dulce apple 🍎 pumpkin 🎃 and quince: 🔹220 g quince washed and with the skin. 🔹230g washed apple with skin. 🔹225g peeled raw pumpkin. 🔹 One lemon peeled, seeded and without white part. 🔹150g erititrol. 🔹One teaspoon vanilla. 🔹One teaspoon of cinnamon. 🔹One teaspoon pumpkin pie spice ( cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and allspice). 🔹2 sachets of 2g agar-agar ✳️Dulce quince and 🍎: 🔹500g of quince. 🔹500g apple 🔹One peeled lemon 🔹250g of erititrol 🔹One teaspoon of vanilla 🔹One teaspoon of cinnamon 🔹One teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 🔹3 2g sachets of agar-agar. I put erititrol in them instead of date paste because being more liquid it still curdled less and I didn't gamble this time. We crush the one with pumpkin and then we pass it to a bowl to rest. We do the same with the other one. ⚠️El agar-agar is put at the end of the very important cooking.

When the hours of rest have passed we put in the Thermomix or similar robot of kitchen the first one that takes pumpkin and we program 30 minutes, 100° speed 3'5. Before it finishes we put the agar-agar in a small glass with a little water and we mix it well. When the time is up, add the agar-agar and set 3 minutes, 100° speed 3. Then we put 30 seconds to 8 and we already pass it to some tupper so that it cools well. I got 2 tuppers of each.

When it cools down we put them well covered in the fridge and enjoy! It is delicious with cheese 🧀 you already know 😍😋😋😋. I wrapped a few pieces and froze them too because since it doesn't have sugar in it, you know it doesn't last very long 😉
