First we peel the piece of pumpkin and cut it into cubes, once cut we season it with a little olive oil and put it in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Meanwhile we cut and boil the beans.

Once the beans and pumpkin are cooked, in a frying pan we put Aove and add the vegetables including the cherry tomatoes, we sauté it and in the meantime we cook the rice noodles.

Once the vegetables are sautéed and the rice noodles are cooked, put the shrimp in the same pan and wait for them to cook. Once the shrimp are cooked, drain the noodles and add them to the pan, add a little soy sauce and stir...DELICIOUS 🍜😋
