Empty the yogurt into a bowl (I whisk it closed because I hate it when the spoon scratches the bowl).

Peel and chop the apple. I add 1/4 but it is up to the consumer.

Add the grated coconut, oat flakes and walnuts.

Cut the leaves off the strawberries and cut them into slices, small pieces or however you like.

You do photo postureo-realfooding. Mix everything together and eat 🤤.
