Preparación de la receta

First of all you should know that I used the whole grain quinoa dough ball from #thinkingfoods, but you can prepare your dough yourself with flour and water and knead as if you were going to make bread... that said, we start with the preparation 🥰.

Melt the butter in the microwave, while it melts, roll out the dough into a rectangle until it is thin but manageable.

Apply the melted butter over the dough until it is completely covered, the same with the cinnamon, sprinkle until it covers everything and the same with the sweetener or sugar.

Once the ingredients are in the dough, start rolling it, once rolled cut it into the pieces you want, put them in a greased mold and bake for 15 minutes at 150°c or until they are golden brown.

Decorate with whatever you like and enjoy!
