Cream of peas, broad beans, nori and wakame seaweed cream

First, to prepare the seaweed, put it in a bowl with water for 5 minutes to hydrate. After this time put them in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5-8 min. After that time set aside and reserve.

On the other side we place a pot with the bottom covered with olive oil. Sauté the garlic, onion and leek (previously cut into julienne strips) until slightly transparent. Add peas and beans and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat. After that time add the seaweed with the water they have and cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat.

Finally, season with salt and pepper and blend everything in a blender. The creaminess can be varied by adding more water to taste.

The additions are to taste, I have put a little ham and egg. But you can add whatever you like with the creams.
