Sauté garlic, and then add the onion, make sure it is well poached. Soak the mushrooms if they are dehydrated 20min.

Add the mushrooms and sauté. Add a glass of white wine and a little of the water from the mushroom soaking. Until it evaporates.

Add the brown rice, two handfuls per person and fry for 1 minute to brown a little.

Gradually add the hot vegetable broth and stir. After the cooking time.

Turn off the heat and mix with two tablespoons of butter and grated Parmesan to taste. Mix well and serve.
