Pour orange juice into a glass (you can change it for the drink of your choice: milk, vegetable drink, coconut water...) and pour it into the container in which you are going to blend the mixture. Then, we chop a banana to decorate our smoothie when it is ready.

Add two handfuls of frozen mango and blend until smooth.

Once ready, pour it into a bowl and add the chopped banana and a spoonful of chia seeds. You can also add other toppings to taste. And that's it! 😋
