Marinate the salmon with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce for a couple of hours. If you like raw salmon, freeze it previously for at least 5 days. Mark the salmon on the grill for a few seconds.

Assemble the bowl with the quinoa in the bottom, edamame, grated carrot, toasted almonds and sprinkle with sesame. Season with a little soy sauce.
