Chop the corn and zucchini.

Put them in a baking dish with a drizzle of EVOO and a pinch of salt.

Bake for 20-25' at 200ºC.

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.

Use long toothpicks to assemble the skewers with the tomato, zucchini and corn.

Serve and garnish with the sauce of your choice, in this case we used a pesto rosso.
