Peel 2 apples. Slice half an apple (I don't peel this half) and set aside. Mash the other apple and a half together with the egg and cottage cheese.

Mix with the oat flour and cinnamon.

Grease some muffin tins and pour the mixture. Top with half a sliced apple.

Cook in the airfryer at 180º for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. If the apple slices are too toasted, put aluminum foil on top.
