Pasta with pumpkin cream and crunchy bacon (vegan) 🎃

We put a pot with boiling water, while in a wok we heat the aove with the chopped onion, the pumpkin cut into small pieces and black pepper. Poach and then add a cup or two of water just to cover the pumpkin and cook it for about 10/15 minutes and when it is soft we pass it with the blender until it is creamy.

When the water is boiling, add the pasta, cook it and when it is drained, keep a glass of the cooking water.

Cut the tempeh in thin slices that do not fall apart, marinate it for a few minutes in oil, soy sauce, salt, sweet and spicy smoked paprika. When the dough is almost ready, fry it in its own marinade for a few minutes until it gets crispy.

When the pasta is ready, sauté it with the tempeh and then add the pumpkin cream.
