The day before, soak the beans covered with water.

Boil the beans for 20 to 30 minutes cutting the boiling with cold water, the beans must always be covered with water.

While the beans are cooking, chop all the vegetables and garlic (reserve for the end).

After half an hour of cooking, the vegetables are added and the pot is covered, once the spouts rise, the fire is lowered and the pot is left to cook for 50 minutes.

We already have the beans cooked. Then we make a sauce with the AOVE and the garlic, when it is golden brown, remove from the heat and add the paprika, mix and add it to the beans. Add salt (the one who wants it) and let it cook a ratin all together.
