First we have to freeze the salmon before cooking.

Once it has been frozen we proceed to defrost it. Remove the skin and cut the salmon into cubes.

Then, we marinate it for about 2 hours in soy sauce and juice of 1/2 lemon.

Meanwhile we cut the tomato and avocado into cubes. And the spring onion as small as possible.

Once the 2 hours have passed, we proceed to assemble our tartar. Finally I decorated it with sesame seeds and fresh parsley.
